Take the calls to your database up a notch with this great opener.

Today I want to talk to you about a very simple opener for making calls to your database.

Start with their name, then say your name and your company’s name. This way, they’ll know who’s calling and understand that it’s a business call. Next, thank them for taking your call and reference any of the sources or notes that you have. Make sure you specifically mention why they contacted you and what you want to help them with. Lastly, you’re going to have some type of opener question. Here are three example opener questions:

  • What put that opportunity on your radar?
  • Why are you thinking of moving?
  • When do you want to be on the market and sell by?
